I really enjoyed cooking, because you can mix your tastes and make very tasty dishes pleasing yourself and others. ## Menú: pasticho

# Ingredientes: * 5 tomates maduros * 1 cebolla * 1 Pimentón rojo * 1 platano maduro * 4 dientes de ajo * 8 láminas de pasta * 1/4 de queso mosarela * 1/4 de queso blanco rayado * 1/4 de jamón * 1/2 kilo de carne molida * Una ramita de Cebollin * 5ml de aceite vegetal * 2 cucharadas de Salsa de tomate. * Sal, comino y pimienta al gusto.

# Ingredients: * 5 ripe tomatoes * 1 onion * 1 red bell pepper * 1 ripe plantain * 4 cloves of garlic * 8 sheets of pasta * 1/4 mozzarella cheese * 1/4 grated white cheese * 1/4 of ham * 1/2 kilo of ground beef * A sprig of chives * 5 ml of vegetable oil * 2 tablespoons of tomato sauce. * Salt, cumin and pepper to taste.

## Ingredientes para la salsa bechamel: * 1/2 cebolla pequeña * 1 diente de ajo * 1 taza de agua * 1 cucharada de mantequilla * 3/4 de Leche * 3/4 harina de trigo * Sal al gusto.

# Preparación: Para la elaboración de la carne primero corté en cuadros pequeños la cebolla, el pimentón, cebollín, y luego junto con el ajo se sofríen con un poco de aceite vegetal.

Luego le añadí la carne, deje que se cocinara un poco y se mezclaran los sabores.

Aparte en una olla tenía cocinando mis tomates, los licue, los pase por el colador y se lo agregué al guiso de la carne. Le añadí un poco de salsa de tomate para darle un poco de color y listo dejamos cocinar unos 10 minutos.

## Para nuestra salsa bechamel: En un bol le añadí la taza de agua, la Leche, la harina de trigo colada y se bate bien que no quede grumos.

Corté media cebolla y trituré un ajo. Esto lo sofreímos con una cucharada de mantequilla en un sartén precalentado.

Luego le vamos agregando la mezcla líquida lentamente, añadimos sal al gusto y batimos hasta que espese.

Ya teniendo la carne y la salsa lista comencé a freír mis plátanos, muchos se sorprenderán, pero este fue mi toque personal, que les mencione al principio, es que, me gusta mucho el plátano y quise en este pasticho añadirle ese sabor oriental.
