As previously stated, the bot had limited actions because HiveSQL was down. Now, HiveSQL is up and running so kem bot is also working fine. The anti abuse features were mainly affected. It's all okay now.

Because HiveSQL is having troubles now, some actions in Kem Bot cannot be used. Most of these actions are anti abuse actions. Once HiveSQL is back up and running smoothly, Kem Bot will be able to run fine.
