Can you look up and tell why US residents cannot participate in some of these ICOs? Also are you sure is it merely the ICO part which is the problem or US residents cannot be "invested" in them.

Agree! Was around roswell where you're from, on my way to albuquerque couple of years back. Must say it is uniquely peaceful and quiet. Thoroughly enjoyed santa fe and albuquerque, especially the hot air
