Same feeling. Feels like a huge let down to everybody, but I still always try to find a way to say no :D Almost everytime the guilt commands me to think of an apology or just say yes.

Sorry for late answer. It has been happening for a few years now and doesn't seem to stop in the future. It usually happens in the first week of August every year. This year it's the 2nd week of August
