Sugar is the bigger enemy. Fat has been the scapegoat of the sugar industry for decades. Trans fat is bad, but it is nothing compared to the inflammatory effects of sugar.

Absolutely. My favorite are Indian clothes. When I go to outdoor music festivals, I like to wear a white or light colored kurta and pajama. Light-weight, breezy, but covers you completely.
