Just tried all of the steps and set up my account! I just have to complete the final "Additional Account Verification" which requires a form of photo id, and a webcam photo to prove who you are.

It's amazing how fast information can spread, true or not. It can be very damaging for investors I would imagine - especially if they were to make trade decisions based on the news all around them.
