Saludos y bendiciones, mis queridos amigos. Tenía tiempo que no pasaba por aquí; espero que hayan iniciado una semana maravillosa. Hoy ha sido un día de trabajo algo tranquilo a la espera de algunos cambios, de un trabajo que hemos estado realizando que nos lleva al borde de la locura, porque siempre quieren que les estén haciendo cambios y estamos a la espera de algunas otras modificaciones con las que no estamos muy de acuerdo.
Así que mientras no nos digan nada, muchísimo mejor; es algo que de verdad no nos beneficiaría en nada. Pero como dice el dicho, donde manda capitán no manda marinero; sin embargo, nosotros nos hemos mantenido firmes en nuestra convicción de hacer las cosas bien hasta donde se pueda.
Por otro lado, les muestro estas fotos por aquí que me tomé el jueves pasado, en donde tenía una cita muy importante que era la firma de la venta de un apartamento, que junto a mi esposo tenemos años cuidando, y también estuve gestionando todo lo que se refiere a su venta y todos los procedimientos a seguir en cuántos documentos y mudanzas de las cosas que había en el inmueble.
En este día por fin se dio a cabo el último paso, que era la firma del documento de compraventa con el que finiquitaba este compromiso que tenía con mi prima. El comprador estaba más que feliz de firmar y yo también porque era un compromiso adquirido que estaba llevando bastante tiempo y quería ya salir de eso. Por acá les dejo una foto cuando hicimos la entrega del apartamento dos días antes de la firma, ya que el nuevo dueño ya había pagado el inmueble.
Este día también teníamos un compartir de cumpleaños en la oficina y, como siempre para estas fechas, que siempre estamos celebrando a final de mes, trato de arreglarme un poquito más de lo normal y mis compañeros de trabajo se reían y me decían que yo parecía la cumpleañera porque estaba muy linda.
Por lo pronto, ya he hecho la venta de dos apartamentos que he estado cuidando con mi esposo y espero que cuando vuelva a venir al registro sea para tramitar los documentos de una propiedad que sea de nosotros, con el favor de Dios. Así que estamos decretando, manifestando, dando gracias y trabajando para que podamos un día tener nuestro propio hogar.

Espero pasar por aquí pronto para mostrarles más cositas que he venido realizando y que, por múltiples actividades y también porque no me he sentido muy motivada para escribir, no les he contado, pero tengo bastante material en mi galería para compartirles próximamente. Closing a chapter with a signature in the registry
Greetings and blessings, my dear friends. It’s been a while since I’ve stopped by here; I hope you’ve had a wonderful start to the week. Today has been a somewhat quiet day at work as we await some changes—changes to a project we’ve been working on that’s driving us to the brink of madness, because they always want us making changes, and we’re waiting for some other modifications we don’t really agree with.
So as long as they don’t tell us anything, all the better; it’s something that really wouldn’t benefit us at all. But as the saying goes, the captain’s word is law; nevertheless, we’ve remained steadfast in our conviction to do things right as much as possible.
On another note, here are some photos I took last Thursday, when I had a very important appointment to sign the sale of an apartment that my husband and I have been taking care of for years. I’ve also been handling everything related to the sale and all the procedures involved, including paperwork and moving the belongings out of the property.
On this day, the final step was finally taken: signing the sales contract, which concluded this commitment I had with my cousin. The buyer was more than happy to sign, and so was I, because it was a long-standing commitment that had been taking quite a while, and I wanted to be done with it. Here’s a photo from when we handed over the apartment two days before the signing, since the new owner had already paid for the property.
We also had a birthday celebration at the office that day, and as is always the case around this time—since we’re always celebrating at the end of the month—I tried to dress up a little more than usual, and my coworkers laughed and told me I looked like the birthday girl because I looked so pretty.
For now, I’ve already sold two apartments that my husband and I have been managing, and I hope that the next time I come to the registry office, it will be to process the documents for a property that belongs to us, God willing. So we’re declaring, manifesting, giving thanks, and working so that one day we can have our own home.
