上周才来青秀山拉练，这周又参加了单位组织的活动，一大早就起来洗漱，擦了防晒就狂奔到单位搭前往目的地的车。 之前刷抖音刷到说防晒要涂够，不然容易防晒不到位。至少要涂一枚硬币大小的量，我光顾着面积没注意体积 挤了好多出来，发现我的脸根本没有那么大可以涂这么多防晒霜。然后粉扑就吸了好多，剩下的擦了脖子和手背。
