Introduction to my current life:

My name is Kristen and I am a Certified Personal Trainer, Weight Loss Specialist, Nutrition enthusiast, and major foodie! I moved from Colorado to Florida to be closer to my dad in March 2016 with my boyfriend, Brian, and my two dogs, Mimi and Beauty, a chihuahua and a pitbull. Now we live with 3 dogs, 2 cats, 5 chickens and 1 rooster!

What we do:

Since we have been here we are enjoying the awesome seafood restaurants and exploring the amazing beaches. An endless amount of fishing, scalloping, and shelling is in store for us. It's been a wonderful experience so far and I can't wait to share with you all of our various journeys.

I would like to share recipes, nutrition tips, and fitness expertise. I enjoy researching different types of food and nutrition secrets. We have been trying to eat less meat so a lot of vegan recipes will be coming your way! I like to say I am a ovo-pescatarian. lol :)
