真是有點遲，你們自己先測驗血糖及記錄，平常心，不用擔心，現在太太長肥了多少？如果在15kg內還可以。現在是34周應該二個星期見一次醫生的階段吧？下次見e生問下BB是什麼碼？也問下胎水多不多？

當年我的經歷是每次覆診的urien paper 總是深啡色，姑娘一定要我再test 多次，第二次都啡色，姑娘就問早餐吃了什麼之後見醫生，醫生又再問吃了什麼，我沒有妊娠糖尿病，但我食得太多也影響血糖升高最後不知要戒口(醫生也沒有叫我戒口）導致胎水過多要催生在37周。 所以你們要知道是不是真是妊娠糖尿病。

妊娠糖尿病是醫生診斷的嗎？沒有理由戒口一天就無的。不理了，如果醫生診斷的，一定要戒口，餐前餐後驗血糖，提太太不要偷懶👆。
