I assume ur wife has seen a gastroenterologist, if he has performed all the usual tests (colonoscopy, endoscopy, food allergy tests etc.) and the results have come back negative, i would assume she suffers

being 100% vegan is actually not the natural way of life for humans. some essential vitamins i.e. B12 is necessary for human survival, which is only found in animal meat
