I don't think that intuitive knowledge is incompatible with science. A lot of the time, it's the intuition that forms the hypothesis in the first place. Like with the discovery of Penecilin. The scientist

I agree with you wholeheartedly, although I do think that there are proponents of the idea that the immaterial and material could converse/interact without having to be the same, or in connection.
