Decentralized exchanges already exist and none is as efficient as centralized exchanges. Don't get me wrong, there are still improvements that can be done on the exchanges itself thus the rise of Binance

IP exchanges are so tricky, if security is not a primary concern I don't know what is. Can you imagine if these guys get hacked? How many people that use them would be in trouble?
