For me it's mainly a change of focus from cycling to running the past months :D But I have a cycling trip across the UK and Ireland planed for the summer, so I need to switch it back again :P

Hey @normie.fitness, thanks! I have been focussing more on cycling over the past years, but since half a year or so I started running again. Aerobics-wise quite similar I guess. But it's all about consistency!
