En esta oportunidad estimados, quisiera compartir con todos ustedes mi experiencia en algunos pasos a seguir para emprender en el negocio de la comida rápida, en estos tiempos mucho de ustedes seguramente más de uno le paso por la mente en montar algo de comida ya sea por un sueño, necesidad económica, o simplemente ganas de desarrollar algún negocio.

Les dejo aquí algunos aspectos que por mi experiencia deberían tomar en cuenta, para lograr iniciar el negocio y pueda mantenerse en el tiempo.

En esta lista se requiere realizar un esquemático de las estaciones de trabajo y cual seria la distribución y flujo de la operación de la cocina, es de gran importancia que de acuerdo al menú realizes mentalmente las preparaciones y que cada una de las área de trabajo permita trabajar con el flujo correcto y de manera ergonómica en cada una de las preparaciones.

- Solicitud de presupuestos de cada una de las áreas y proceder a colocar en el plan de inversión, se recomienda colocar de 3 a 6 meses un fondo para cubrir los gastos de nómina y ocupación, mi sugerencia coloque 6 meses por lo mínimo.

- Realizar nuestro plan de inversión, en el colocame el detalle de cómo sería la distribución.
