It is common that, when reading about the universe or about particle physics, one will come across a phrase that somehow refers to “matter and energy”, as though they are opposites, or partners, or two

I feel like sometimes there are thermal energies out there which may encounter the trigger in my head that they are aliens and i feel like NASA wont let people something to know on if their are energies
