When I'm not learning about dividend bearing stocks and cryptocurrencies I enjoy time with my family, cooking (and eating), video games and a good Malbec.

RE: Start Mining Monero at Home with These Easy Steps
Something with a decent video card. An AMD Radeon RX470 or RX480 is a good start, but honestly you can do Monero with almost any video card. Any Nvidia card will work as well. Just don't expect to get

RE: The Economics of Home Mining: Is it Worth Your Time?
I use pooled mining because otherwise there'd be no reason for mining. I don't think I'd ever find a block on my own. Probably over-dramatic, but I do like the more stable earnings from pooled mining.

RE: Start Mining Monero at Home with These Easy Steps
As long as you have a somewhat decent GPU in your computer, mining Monero can bring in some small monthly profits, which could grow to large monthly profits if the price of Monero keeps rising.

RE: My Wedding is Too Expensive: But I Won't Power Down! Here's Why!
I've been married twice. Once very expensive traditional wedding, once very inexpensive traditional (Thai) wedding. Both were great. But...getting married pales in comparison to the cost of raising children.

RE: Buying Bitcoin Anonymously — The Complete Beginners Guide
I've not tried using a Bitcoin ATM (though there are a few here in town. If you buy with cash there shouldn't be any records to keep other than transaction and wallet info. Of course if an address is known

RE: Buying Bitcoin Anonymously — The Complete Beginners Guide
Thanks for the compliment. Yeah, anonymity certainly isn't cheap, but if it's what you need or want I suppose it's worth it. Many people seem to think so, otherwise these buying methods wouldn't exist.

RE: Complete Review of Augur (REP): Prediction Markets on a Blockchain
No time to keep it up. I've been doing on average two posts a day like the one above + real-time market reviews for other clients. Something had to give.

I looked briefly at Cindicator as part of my research into Augur, but haven't done a deep dive into it yet. 60-70% accuracy is good enough to get rich :-D

RE: Global Citizens - Behind the Boots and the Queues
Not that the Laos queue doesn't look like fun, but couldn't you get a visa based on support of a Thai child? Then you'd only have to do the 90 day reports and the once a year visa renewal at immigration
