Blahhhh - that's unlucky - to accidentally eat one :) I love shield bugs. Had loads in my garden last year and when I zoomed in on their wings they were a beautiful coppery gold. I love watching them grow

Spring is here in the UK so I'm coming out of hibernation and enjoying photographing wildlife again! This one is a combo of snail and poplar tree swirls.

The flowers of the top plant say Orchid family to me but no idea really and tricky without seeint the rest of the plant. Bottom one could be valerian? There is both common and marsh. Both lovely flowers

I decided to try and get some pictures of the birds in my garden for this weeks contest. Tricky as I have to do it out of the upstairs windows as they come to the feeders but got a couple of combo shots.

Great to hear someone enjoying the challenge! We're in Norfolk so feel for you in that wind chill. I go with 7 layers too!

I really MUST go and find a combo - it's been too long and I've totally lost my photographic mojo. It's now my challenge for the week!
