We didn't give up on Steem.. Steeve is still running ;) and we're doing some maintanence, but we had to dial down the effort.. So, we're not that active in posting and doing updates, but we're planning

Steeve's sorting algorithm is same as the original Steem trending algorithm, The difference is that we don't take into account votes which we find to be bought or automated. Though, the filtration is not
