Recently I competed in my third ever marathon (and my first since 2011). I ran in the Orange marathon on March 6th and finished in a time of 3:47:37, beating my old PB (3:58:30) by more than 10 minutes!

Becoming vegan - I successfully made plant-based yogurt
For the first time last week I successfully made vegan yogurt. The process is simple - heat milk to about 85 degrees celsius. Allow milk to cool to about 45 degrees. Add yogurt as a starter. Stir in yogurt.
