WE have school holidays now and I went out to get presents for my family. There are just so many goodies out there. So I picked a few presents and wrapped them at home and put under the Christmas tree.

I have 2 more weeks to go to buy Christmas presents for my family and friends. It is difficult for me to buy presents as I don't have much idea what to buy for each one. How do you handle buying Christmas

Since this is Saturday, I did a good workout and gave myself more time. I did 9.5K steps this morning. This is my record so far.

This morning I got up earlier so that I could do few more steps. I managed to get only .5K more than yesterday so I ended up with only 8.5K steps. Still good.

First thing in the morning I went out to do my 8K steps for my exercises. Came home and had a shower, then went to school.

I am still able to keep the fitness schedule to do at least 8K steps. Feeling good today after doing exercises and probably will be able to fight cold better.

Got up early before school so that I can get my exercise done. It was a bit cold but I managed to get up to 8.5 steps today with swift walking and a bit of jogging as it was really cold.

Today I Have an exam so I didn't have that much time to do my exercises. I went out and did a 8K swift walk and came back for shower and off to exam at school.

This morning is filled with sunshine, so I stayed longer to do my steps. I increased 1K step so managed to get to 9.5K steps which is my record time right now. Yippee.

Today is a bit warmer so I stayed out to do another .5K steps making it to 8.5 steps today. Need to put more effort in cold winter to go out to do exercises.

Got a 8K steps done early this morning before school. I need to keep this up so that I can keep up the fitness schedule my teacher set for me. So far so good this week.

Still going strong with my discipline fitness plan. Got 8K steps done first thing in the morning today. Yay. Keep going.

Still able to keep up with my 8K steps to keep my fitness on schedule everyday. I went out and did 8K steps today. It was cold. So I need to get this dene in the morning during winter.

Managed to get my 8K steps of swift walk done this morning. Though this is a holiday but I woke up early to get my exercise done so that I can keep to my schedule.

Got another 8K swift walk done today to keep up with my fitness schedule. Weather a bit cold today but still is very good for exercises.

First thing in the morning, I did my 8K steps swfit walk. Quite proud of myself as it was cold early this morning but I went out to exercise.

Went out early this morning to do my swift walk. Got 9K steps done today so I am happy that I am able to get back to 9K.

Got up to do this first thing in the morning before going to school. Got 8K done and hopefully tomorrow can get 9K steps done.

Yesterday I skipped a day and didn't do the 8K steps. Finally I gave in. So I decided to get up early this morning and get back to 8K. I did today. Yay.

Still doing quite well and able to keep up to 8K steps. Though I want to get to 9K but not able to keep up with that.
