Hola comunidad de Hive, mi nombre es Nelson Torres tengo 36 años, soy de Venezuela estado Aragua, hoy en día me desempeño en el are de sala musculación en la cual también practico y el área de crossfit, graduado como técnico medio en construcción civil, tengo varios pasatiempos los cuales son subir el cerro jugar futbol pero el que más me apasiona es entrenar en la sala de musculación, he tenido la oportunidad de competir a nivel nacional en el área de fitness en la categoría men physique donde mi desempeño y experiencia ha sido bastante grata y fructífera.

Hello Hive community, my name is Nelson Torres I am 36 years old, I am from Venezuela Aragua state, today I perform in the are of weight room in which I also practice and crossfit area, graduated as a technician in civil construction, I have several hobbies which are climbing the hill play football but the one I am most passionate about is training in the weight room, I have had the opportunity to compete nationally in the fitness area in the men physique category where my performance and experience has been quite pleasant and fruitful.

Esta disciplina deportiva me ayudado a siempre dar lo mejor de mí en todos los objetivos que me proponga alcanzar, he logrado crear una disciplina y constancia bastante equitativa sabiendo que son dos puntos muy importante para lograr nuestros objetivos, mi forma de alimentarme a cambiado totalmente.

This sporting discipline has helped me to always give the best of me in all the goals I set out to achieve, I have managed to create a discipline and constancy quite fair knowing that they are two very important points to achieve our goals, my way of eating has changed completely.

El fisiculturismo no es un deporte de un momento, me refiero a que es un estilo de vida y eso es lo que hace de este deporte sea bastante maravilloso, en lo personal he podido notar que la disciplina deportiva en competencias me enseña a esforzarme y dar lo mejor de mí para así buscar obtener la victoria y poder alcanzar los logros que me parecían imposibles. Ser promotor de la salud física, practicar este deporte, competir y ser un ejemplo en la vida de muchas personas, me ha hecho ser una persona segura, disciplinado, con buena voluntad y con mucho aprecio por la vida porque gracias al deporte he encontrado mi motor para seguir mis sueños. Atreves de los años en este deporte he aprendido honestidad, responsabilidad, lealtad, devoción al deber, constancia, paciencia, disciplina dedicación, esfuerzo, valor, concentración y mucho más pero sobre todo mucho amor y pasión por este deporte tan exigente.

Bodybuilding is not a sport of a moment, I mean it is a lifestyle and that is what makes this sport is quite wonderful, personally I have noticed that the sport discipline in competitions teaches me to strive and give the best of me in order to seek victory and to achieve the achievements that seemed impossible. Being a promoter of physical health, practicing this sport, competing and being an example in the lives of many people, has made me a confident, disciplined person, with good will and with much appreciation for life because thanks to sport I have found my engine to follow my dreams. Through the years in this sport I have learned honesty, responsibility, loyalty, devotion to duty, constancy, patience, discipline, dedication, effort, courage, concentration and much more but above all a lot of love and passion for this demanding sport.

En el año 2017 fue mis últimas dos competencia en la categoría men physique una de ella estuve representando a el estado Aragua en los nacionales A en la cual obtuve 2 lugar seguido del próximo mes participe en el evento copa Denis la piedra donde obtuve el 1 lugar. Fue una experiencia bastante única donde estuvo llena de mucho aprendizaje porque atreves del mismo podemos fomentar el compañerismo entre los mismo atletas de distintas ciudades y regiones, también nos ayuda a conocer nuestros límites y vivir nuevas experiencias y aprender de cada una de ellas.

In the year 2017 was my last two competitions in the category men physique one of them was representing the state Aragua in the nationals A in which I got 2nd place followed the next month I participated in the event cup Denis the stone where I got the 1 place. It was a very unique experience where it was full of learning because through it we can encourage fellowship between the same athletes from different cities and regions, it also helps us to know our limits and live new experiences and learn from each of them.

La práctica del culturismo o la actividad física tiene muchos beneficios es capaz de tratar la depresión, mejora el acondicionamiento cardiorrespiratorio, aumenta la densidad ósea, aumento el desarrollo de la masa muscular, mejora la postura corporal, disminuye la cantidad de grasa, disminuye el riego de diabetes y promueve una mejoría física.

The practice of bodybuilding or physical activity has many benefits: it is able to treat depression, improves cardiorespiratory fitness, increases bone density, increases the development of muscle mass, improves body posture, decreases the amount of fat, decreases the risk of diabetes and promotes physical improvement.

Para tener mayores beneficios es importante que el practicante o atleta sea practicado frecuentemente y a su vez lleve una buena alimentación acorde a sus objetivos, además se le recomienda dormir bien como un mínimo de 7 horas beber bastante agua y darle al cuerpo tiempo de calidad de descanso.

To have greater benefits it is important that the practitioner or athlete is practiced frequently and in turn take a good diet according to their goals, it is also recommended to sleep well as a minimum of 7 hours drink plenty of water and give the body quality time to rest.
