Well, when compared to the predecessor Acer Swift 5, the same amount of storage and Ram, and 10^th Gen Intel^® Core™ i7 processor, I do think Acer didn't improve on their storage and processing power from the last version.

But let's take a look at other features and see the difference between both models.

Size and weight

Compared to Swift 5, Swift 7 is actually less weighty and incredibly thin. See details in the table below.

From what we have, we can see an approximately 11.24% decrease in the weight, this I do think is a significant decrease. I mean if a coin went down by 10% a lot of holder could panic sell already lol.

So yeah they did a good job on the weight of Swift 7, for thin damn another significant reduction there, so if you're into sleek and thin the Swift 7 is definitely for you, you know what it is for every one, that's a 46% increase in Thin. I could get used to such size very quickly.

Then finally a 5.6% difference in screen to body size, that's also good improvement I would say.

Conclusion

In all these, Swift 7 is just a more fashionable design of Swift 5 since they both have almost the same processing and storage capabilities. But I'll prefer Swift 5 though I mean it goes for $899 compared to the latest Swift 7 which is a whooping $1699, to me that's a waste of money for someone interested in processing and storage since they both can do the same thing, the difference in the price this time is merely for luxury and not efficiency.
