See for yourself. The "big payouts" end up in the pockets of the accounts that are a part of his downvote brigade. You could call it correllation as opposed to causation but truth is these accounts

I love how in 16 minutes you get 40 downvotes from Bernies bot brigade, and people think that Haejin is the one manipulating steemit? remarkable how many of these 14 accounts (and the ones in the comment)
