Hello, friends of Gems, how are you? I am grateful to God for allowing me to share with you again. Today I will be talking about how my week at the gym is going and how I am taking care of myself.
A few weeks ago, I decided to focus on myself, on taking care of my physical and mental health, on exercising, so I started training, and honestly, since I started, it has helped me a lot because it has allowed me to focus on myself and forget about my problems. When I was in college, I neglected myself so much that I reached a point where I wasn't eating well, I lost a lot of weight, and I was stressed about everything.
So my cousin encouraged me to go training, and these three weeks of training have been the best because I laugh with her and we do the exercises together.
