Tons of people! It can be 5-10 hours depending where you start, how busy it is, and how many breaks you take. It's not so much a work-out as it is a slow and steady kind of thing. I'd allow for more time

You have to take a little ferry boat from the mainland, but it only takes about 5 minutes to get across. You can see lover's beach from the mainland beach!
