They are a perfect side dish sliced thinly and mashed a bit with finely chopped onions and salt. Great with fried and grilled pork and fish.

I have actually discovered a great way to take Lagundi :) Just add some kalamansi and a pinch of cinnamon and honey and it makes a really wonderful tasting tea :) You can use sugar if you don't have honey.
