こんばんは@suminyan10です。 21時過ぎに終わって現在バスの中。 毎度ですがよー混んでます。 さて先日、友人のカフェで買ったパクチーの種を蒔く準備をしました。 パクチーの種まきはちょいと特殊ですがちゃんと順序を踏めば発芽率も上がりますよ。 まずはパクチーの種を金槌で。重みで抑える感じにするとパカッと2つに割れます。 結構皮が散るのですが、ものぐさなものでこのまんま下処理をしようと思います。
