* * * **Hola apreciados Hivers!!** Paso por aquí a dejarles un texto de mi autoría, texto que es un ejercicio de escritura conciente. No quiero que la palabra busque adornar sino acercarse, este texo nace del intento, del riesgo en la palabra y la necesidad de decir. Espero les guste.

OH MI DULCE TETRA

Puedo escribir a pretensión de verso

textos que choquen en ritmo y alarde,

esos, mis rufianes procurando el arte,

lejos o cerca en su estrecho anverso

en la obscuridad de este río adverso,

este mar de cal donde la barcaza

de mis sentimientos guío hacia la caza

de algún bendito que se sienta prolijo

y llegue con su paso y beso de prójimo

¿a mi volcán de aguas o cieno de brasa?

...

Cierto, los recorridos fugaces de las letras:

o se arriman culpas o encienden luceros

que abrazamos en insomnes fueros.

¿Por qué no decir en metáforas, tetras,

de ellas las alforjas llevamos repletas.

Palabras solemnes y palabras crueles

algunas dulces, otras si se muere

en medio del pecho un amor latente

cual pájaro en fuga, un golpe ingente,

viene la palabra: se inflama y nos hiere.

OH MY SWEET TETRA

I can write, under the pretense of verse,

texts that clash in rhythm and display,

those—my rogues—pursuing art,

near or far upon their narrow obverse,

in the darkness of this adverse river,

this sea of lime where the barge

of my feelings I steer toward the hunt

for some blessed one, careful in spirit,

who may arrive with his step and a neighbor’s kiss

to my volcano of waters or mire of embers.

True, the fleeting courses of letters:

either guilt draws near or stars are lit

that we embrace in sleepless courts.

Why not speak in metaphors, tetras,

if with them our saddlebags are full?

Solemn words and cruel words,

some sweet, others when there dies

within the chest a latent love,

like a bird in flight, a tremendous blow—

the word arrives: it flares and wounds us.
