Hello @katrina-ariel! Thank you for the resteem :) You can only submit 1 video to our current new years theme (with a prize pool of 30 steem). However you can choose all the people you want by joining

You can upload it to DTube as well, but it has to be uploaded to YouTube as well as that can help to raise awareness of Steem to people outside of Steemit.
