RE: Black King Snake found while out walking the farm.
I know right. I have had one fall out of a branch and land on my shoulder before when I was walking in the creek. That was a funny dance I did for sure.

That's very interesting. I don't have any experience with dessert animals but I know sidewinders are dangerous. The only thing I've seen here that is dangerous is copperheads. Stay safe out there!

I've always heard they were great to have around. Not sure whether I have several or I keep seeing the same one. We have copperheads here too. I found a small one last fall. I don't leave those alive when

Thanks. Yes it's been a beautiful week so far here. I don't mind the non-poisonous ones.

RE: How Many Styles from one Beard Shaving? Loosing my Winter Coat.
I kept a goatee for a few years. I think I just get tired of the same look and need a change regularly.

Ha. I didn't fool our dog at all. I don't think she even looked twice. I never really clean shave. Even in the one picture here it was just shaved short with the trimmer. That's about all the grooming

RE: How Many Styles from one Beard Shaving? Loosing my Winter Coat.
I know right. It was a weird process for me, seeing myself after being hidden under there for six months. Ini always looked young so probably didn't look that much different I bet.

Thanks brother. It was the first time I had grown it out. It was weird to see all that grey.

Thanks, I sort of hate that in a way since I like having a beard in the winter.

Thank you. I always loved archaeology too. It was so exciting to dig this up. It's smaller and different than all the other millstones I've seen but I'm sure that's what it is. It was apparently used

Thank you. Yes it really did look different. Back then there were nearly no trees at all. They had all been cut down so corn could grow and for lumber. I enjoy the history of it.
