Question: In CA, we have rattlesnakes. Older ones will dry bite because they really are only suppose to use their venom for prey (food). Do most snakes do that?

Well, that's been overdone and not explained well. It's a 3% cut for everyone. The rich keep more because 3% of a million is more than 3% of 100K, so the "rich get richer" thing is misleading.
