I know I'm 17 days late, but I just remember this argument and I didn't have enough points to respond before. This update means you literally can't earn dec from victories using starter cards. Period.

I've now opened 14 chests, including the 5 at the end of the season for being bronze 3, and I've gotten 0 cards. I'm not really interested in your free cards, because I just have no interest in playing

No. At least, I never have. Daily quests have given me so far a few potions and 20 credits.

It completely kneecaps new players. It is literally impossible to work your way up the ladder now without dropping a bunch of cash.
