When I go to Korean BBQ resto, I never touch the raw vegetables just to be on the safe side. I don't know how they wash and clean the vegetables, but one thing I know is that tap water in Indonesia is not drinkable and I know resto won't wash them with drinkable mineral water to cut costs.
