🐟 2 fillets Boneless Arctic Char Bleikja
🟤 2-4 tablespoons Blue Dragon Hoisin Sauce from 1 jar

🌶️ 1/2 Yellow Bell Pepper, diced
🌶️ 1/2 Red Bell Pepper, diced
🧅 2 Spring Onions Scallions, sliced
🌿 A small bunch Fresh Coriander Cilantro, chopped for garnish
🌶️ 1/2 Chili, sliced for garnish
Instructions
1- Preheat the Grill:
- Preheat your Weber outdoor grill to medium-high heat.
2- Grill Asparagus:
- Place the asparagus spears directly onto the hot grill grates.
- Drizzle generously with Filippo Berio Garlic Oil.
- Squeeze half of the lemon over the asparagus. Season with salt and pepper.
- Grill the asparagus until tender-crisp and lightly charred, about 5-7 minutes. Remove from the grill and set aside.
3- Prepare the Foil:
- Lay a sheet of standard aluminum foil on the grill grates.
- Arrange the lime slices in a single layer on the foil.
4- Cook the Arctic Char:
- Place the Arctic Char fillets on top of the limes.
- Spoon Blue Dragon Hoisin Sauce over each fillet. Use a silicone brush to evenly spread the sauce.
- Sprinkle the fillets with coarse sea salt.
