🍜 250g Yakisoba noodles
🍗 500g Chicken breast, cut into cubes
🌿 1 tablespoon Olive oil or regular oil
🧂 ½ teaspoon Salt
🌶️ ⅓ teaspoon Black pepper
🧄 1 clove Minced garlic
🥢 2 tablespoons Sesame oil
🥦 ¼ head Broccoli, cut into florets
🧅 ½ Onion, cut into large cubes
🥕 1 Carrot, cut into thin slices
🍃 2 Chard leaves, chopped
🥬 50g Red cabbage, shredded
🍄 50g Button mushrooms, sliced
🌽 ½ Yellow bell pepper, cut into strips
🌱 Scallions/Chives, chopped
💧 1 cup 240ml Water
🌽 ½ tablespoon Cornstarch
🧂 ½ cup 120ml Soy sauce
1- Prepare the Sauce:

4- Sauté Vegetables:
5- Add More Vegetables:
6- Combine Chicken and Mushrooms:
7- Add Sauce:
8- Cook Noodles:
9- Final Assembly:

- Turn off the heat. Garnish with scallions and drizzle sesame oil over the dish. Stir one last time and serve immediately in a white ceramic bowl.
