저는 첫 회사는 국내 대기업(9년 근무, 과장까지 해봄) 그리고 두번째 회사는 한국에 있는 외국계(1년 근무후 자발적 퇴직), 그리고 지금은 한국화된 외국계 대기업에 있어요. 두번째 회사에서 업무를 이상하게 배운 마이크로매니징 하는 보스를 만났는데, 업무 실적에 사람 문제까지 생기니까 흰머리 생기고 결국 퇴사를 했죠. :) 각각의 장단점은 명확하게 존재하는

한국에 기독교가 건너오면 샤머니즘과 결부된 심한 기독교가 되고, 유교도 한국에 오면서 더 심한 유교가 된 듯요. 전전 회사에서 중국인들과 일할 때 느낀 점은 중국은 공산주의 혁명을 통해 이런 장유유서 전통이 많이 희석된 것 같았습니다. 현재 한국에 있는 한국화된 외국계기업에 일하고 있는데, 여기서 섞여서 나오는 문화가 참 재미있답니다 :)
