I don't think it's a good reason to change a card just because some people invested heavily on it and got disappointed. There will always be good cards and bad cards, good investments and bad investments.

Although I agree that gladiator cards are OP in bronze level, I don't think banning is the way to go here. In the past, the game always found ways to counter strong abilities in order to keep the balance.

I noticed that too! Since minimum listing price 0.1, it is advantegous for the cards which are supposed to be way less than 0.1 dec/day. For some of these cards it is even the same price to rent level
