I think there will be a broad capitulation even if there isn't one for Bitcoin. So many projects raised funds in BTC or ETH and ended up holding big bags. My view of capitulation is more about projects

Totally agree. "Pay to play" only works when you get something in return. Paying for Steem with USD is a good way to lose for most people -- for some, it might be an interesting speculative mood.
