The first step is to Accept life for what it is, and stop hiding From aspects that frighten us that we would Like to deny. For instance, death. We must Come to terms with the way things are First of all, and see if we can even Be grateful for the difficult Aspects of life. They give Living its savor, just as The happy moments Do. We overcome distortions of feeling, Such as guilt, despair, rage, and sorrow, not by denying Them but by allowing them to come and pass away. Dwelling Within the NOW we are on an endless discovery towards That Which can be called our destiny. This inner self-education Is the most precious thing, because no one can give it to Us and no one can take it away from us. We can only make That decision, in each moment, through determination & Devotion to the concept of aligning with our highest Truth. This incredible power which seems such a Tiny thing at first, is held by each and every Human being. It doesn't require book smarts Or genius, or a lot of concepts. So many People think it is boring, or weak.
