The legendary screen actor was cuffed after an alleged confrontation with his wife. Nicolas spent a brief time in jail before being able to post bail. Kiefer Sutherland

He was suspected of driving under the influence. Although his breath tests came back under the legal limit he did test positive for marijuana use. Justin reached a plea deal having to only pay a fine and attend anger management classes.

Charlie was quickly released on a $8,500 bail-bond.
