Not that hot actually. It's more the typical oceanic climate. The sun is very strong but the air temperature remains moderate. Pretty windy though and sometimes humid.

I can perfectly resonate with these kind of associations. It's an environment to let the mind flow.

To me parts of the landscape is how I would imagine it to be on Mars. Just more redtones and no atmosphere (at least not the one that gives us the blue sky on earth).

It is indeed. A bit humid and sometimes windy but I personally like it if no run is like the other. Water is something to keep in mind if going for longer runs in this area.

I hope I can make it to Tenerife one day. I think it is quite different to Fuerte, more green and higher mountains but it sure has the same magical flair of an island out in the open ocean.
