I am now exploring an option to start with an index page to link them all together, perhaps also always linking back to the index as well. Thanks for the great idea.

I'll leave them open for later exploration as a story or perhaps even if enough weight was thrown behind it explore two options at once.

I use a combination of a mind-map, a wiki, a spreadsheet, and some good old graph paper. I'll be posting again shortly with a more on this subject.
