Greetings to all, hope everyone is well. Today I am going to share with you one of my favorite food combination experiences: hot naan bread and mouth-watering spicy chicken chap. For Bengalis, when they want something a little heavier yet delicious for an evening snack or dinner, the first thing that comes to mind is naan. Today, when the steaming, fluffy, soft naan bread was served on a plate, along with the reddish-brown, spicy chicken chaap, my stomach was half-filled with its wonderful aroma. First of all, let's talk about the naan bread. As you can see in the picture, the naan is baked to perfection. The light burnt spots on it remind us of that traditional tandoor flavor. Although it was slightly crispy on the outside, the inside was very soft and fluffy.
Now let's come to the real attraction, the chicken chap. The piece of chap was absolutely packed with spices. The thick gravy floating on the oil was a perfect blend of ginger-garlic onion and various spices, which were mixed into every fiber of the meat. The chicken was so soft that it fell apart when you put your hand in it. The real secret of the curry lies in the spiciness of the spices and the softness of the meat, which was perfectly maintained in this dish. When I tore off a piece of naan bread, dipped it in the spicy chicken gravy, and stuffed it in my mouth, the taste was so intoxicating. A wonderful explosion of bitter, sour, and slightly sweet flavors filled my mouth. The combination of the juicy texture of the chicken and the naan was heavenly with every bite. If you add a little raw onion and lemon juice, the taste would be enhanced several times. Food not only fills the stomach but also satisfies the mind. Today's combination of naan bread and chicken chapatti made my dinner really special. Don't forget to tell me in the comments which one of you likes this combination.
Everyone stay well and healthy. Thank you.
