Real talk though. If anyone is ever going through a depressing phase, the best thing to do is keep your chin up, and keep working on ways/things that make you feel better.

A new semester can bring many thoughts to a students mind. Examples can range from friend groups, classes, extracurricular activities, employment, etc. A key-word for me and why I'm writing this post is
