Proved to be more effective than coffe; rather coincidental tests, showed that the juice of one fresh squeezed lemon, provides an average whole working day's worth of energy, whereas coffe lasts for approx. 2-3 hours and is followed by a downer effect.

"TESTS"; came from suggesting to several friends, to drink 1-3 fresh squeezed lemons a day, for weight loss, clear skin and energy, out of which all of them reported back unexpected results. They had all been consuming one lemon a day, some of them up to two, and had all quit drinking coffe (even the few smokers), saying that the lemon juice energy was lasting all day at work, and even lifting the general feeling mood, while giving a fresh feeling mouth, unlike the coffe.

Better skin seems to be a rather common sideeffekt, as well as the long lasting energy.

But when consuming, 2-3 fresh lemons throughout the day, I myself went from sleeping ten hours, to sleeping exactly six hours a night, as if some clockwork had been set inside me, and I lost body fat without even dieting, for the first time enough to discover (for the first time ever) that I actually have a little six pack stomach.

Nevertheless I did get a bit paranoid, and started fearing that maybe I had only lost the weight, due to some imbalance or illness creaping in on me!? ..so I started eating double the amount of my usual breakfast, just to un'suspiciously check if I would still gain weight like "a normal person" would. ...and fortunately-unfortunately, of course I did. Yet even so, I did go to have all sorts of tests and health checks done, but only to find that I seriously and really just had some paranoia~fear trip going on from the surprise of my suddenly visible six pack, which I didn't even know I had. ...but yeah, orherwise all healthy.

But the scientific facts about fresh lemon- juice consumption is, that although its acid easily dissolves the calcium in your water-boiler, and as well the fat in your frying-pan, it becomes alkaline within the body's metabolism, cleanses and oxygenates the body, and even improves bonedensity. ...and that is not even all the goodies.

...while Coffe, does none of these good things for your organism!
