I would suggest giving it a solid two months before deciding if it’s right for you. It takes some people longer to get “fat adapted” due to imbalances in hormones and such.

Looks great! I have had those “oh crap!” Mistakes before! Messed up letters, misspelled names, etc. That technique you recommended works every time when patience is practiced. Which unfortunately doesn’t
