ive invested enough in this market for now. i may add some more if the prices stay low or go lower, but what i would like is that the market bounces back enough to where i dont feel prices are good enough

Id be totally interested in investing in something like this in Southern California. Its already expensive as it is and govt controlled housing is crap here as well. I hope something like this comes up
