A nice walk to Queenstown hill — Queenstown — New Zealand

The Queenstown Hill walk is one of my favorite walks in Queenstown, if you are like me and have nothing but time, go for it. However, if time’s running short, then the Tiki trail or Ben Lomond would be more suitable. I guess for a hiker, you don’t just go there for the view, something is so much more about hiking, it goes beyond that.

We didn’t really plan much for this one as it’s really close to my home, in fact, it’s the next town. It’s 300 km if you depart from Ho Chi Minh City and 90 km from Phan Thiet City. Co Thach beach is a popular destination among the locals, though it’s not a perfect spot for swimming or sunbathing compared to many other good beaches and isles in the area, this beach has its own charm and I would show you in this post, so follow me.

The first thing that caught my eye when we arrived was an over 600 hundred-year-old banyan as a local man told us. The tree is quite impressive with its extended branches and deep roots. It really adds an ancient vibe to the surrounding landscape.

When it comes to Hoi An, people may think of the lantern festival, golden-yellow houses, or “Cao Lau” (a special dish here), for me, this land plays an important role in being a witness throughout the country’s history as well as the local history, especial during the 15th and 19th centuries, and its history could reveal a great deal of what to expect in the future.

There is one thing funny about Isthmus peak, you would never see the real summit until you get really close to it. I couldn’t remember how many times I thought I was almost at the top, but turned out it was just another hill, these jagged ranges are really tricky though.
