I started the Keto way of eating January 2017. It has worked very well for me, feeling healthier and happier. I lost 70lbs in 8 months.

I agree 100% I was introduced to clean eating via the Ketogenic way of eating last January. I have so much more energy, less swelling and lost a total of 75lbs. After eating this way your body naturally
